Successful Participation of Block.Ed Partners at the EfVET Annual Conference 2025

The Block.Ed project is proud to announce the successful participation of two of its partners, Carlo Cavicchioli from AZULchain LdA and Aris Chronopoulos from IDEC SA, at the EfVET Annual Conference 2025, held in Fátima, Portugal, from 22 to 25 October 2025.

Their session, entitled “Learn & Earn with Microcredentials: the case of the Block.Ed project”, took place on Thursday, 23 October, at Sala das Tilias, and attracted considerable interest from conference participants.

During the presentation, Carlo and Aris showcased how microcredentials can create new learning opportunities by combining innovation, flexibility, and trust. Their insights highlighted the potential of blockchain technology and validation frameworks in supporting transparent, inclusive, and learner-centred education.

The Block.Ed consortium is proud of this participation and the enthusiastic response received during the session, which reaffirms the project’s commitment to reshaping the future of vocational education and training (VET) through digital transformation and innovation.
